Warranty
Post Hole Pro 3-Year Workmanship Warranty (effective from the date of completion).
At Post Hole Pro, we are committed to delivering exceptional service. By choosing Post Hole Pro, you can depend on the quality and durability of your fence or deck, backed by our comprehensive 3-Year Workmanship Warranty.
Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to post and footing installations, as well as the construction of new fences and decks, performed by Post Hole Pro.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Materials used in the construction of fences and decks.
- Damage resulting from improper or inadequate drainage, water buildup, or other environmental factors affecting the posts or footings.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, or severe storms.
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized adjustments, modifications, or structural changes by the homeowner and/or a third-party contractor.
Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, please contact Post Hole Pro within the warranty period. All claims are subject to a thorough assessment to determine the cause of the issue.
Limitation of Liability:
Post Hole Pro’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship. Post Hole Pro is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the constructed fence or deck.
Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner at the time of project completion.
